2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect your time and understand plans can change.

  • Cancellation Notice: Give at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to reschedule.
  • Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice — full session fee applies.
  • No-Show: Full session fee charged.
  • Prepaid Packages: Refunds only for unused sessions (attended sessions are deducted).
  • Special Circumstances: Contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • How to Cancel/Reschedule: Reach out to us during business hours.
  • Refund Processing: Usually within 7 days of cancellation.

6️⃣ Clinical Report Release Policy

  • You can request your session notes or clinical reports anytime.
  • Reports are released only to you or an authorized person with your consent.
  • We may take up to 7 days to process requests.
  • Requests can be made via email or through our support team.
