2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy
We respect your time and understand plans can change.
- Cancellation Notice: Give at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to
reschedule.
- Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice — full session fee applies.
- No-Show: Full session fee charged.
- Prepaid Packages: Refunds only for unused sessions (attended sessions are
deducted).
- Special Circumstances: Contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
- How to Cancel/Reschedule: Reach out to us during business hours.
- Refund Processing: Usually within 7 days of cancellation.

- Our therapists will guide parents/guardians as needed while keeping the child’s well-being in
focus.
5️⃣ Information & Security Policy

- All communications are encrypted.
- We maintain secure servers for all records.
- Only authorized staff can access your information.
- We regularly update security measures to protect your data.
6️⃣ Clinical Report Release Policy
- You can request your session notes or clinical reports anytime.
- Reports are released only to you or an authorized person with your consent.
- We may take up to 7 days to process requests.
- Requests can be made via email or through our support team.
